Meditation is for everyone. It is a process of controlling and transcending the waves of the mind. It can be guided, silent with mantra. There are many available techniques.

It creates communication between your body and mind. Develops intuition,inner peace and calm. Helps release tensions,blocks and subconscious fears. enhances ability to focus and gives clarity of the mind.

Meditation helps you master the ability to be present and rediscovering the communication between your mind, body and soul.

Meditation workshops are run on monthly basis and details are anounced on the website. Workshop usually lasts two hours or over and involves Passive- Active Dynamic Meditation infused with soundof crystal bowls or a gong.
