KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It has been brought to the west by its founder Yogi Bhajan to US and has spread ever since all over the world.

 

Kundalini yoga is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. You can practise beautifully coordinated different set , called kriya, during kundalini yoga class that has been designed by Yogi Bhajan and ever since have been taught by kundalini yoga teacher, without implementing any changes.

 

In kundalini yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

 

Class will always carry the same format and last between 1 hour and 15 minutes up to 1 hour and 30 minutes. When you join the class be prepared to experience breathing techniques, physical movement relaxation and meditation. All this together will take you on the journey of self-discovery which is the first step in our 3 steps process at Sevati
